On the Outside

The inside of the box is in grayscale, and is as realistic as I could make it. On the outside, however, the aberrant objects defy all rules of art AND gravity.
Then, on the outside of the next “box” (the 22x22” painting itself), the dull, photorealistic box flaps convert to solid gold.
